We have extensive machining cappabilities from cutting, shearing, deburring, punching, drilling, chamfering, bending, polishing, brushing, sandblasting, welding to numerical control lathing, miling and sophisicated CNC precision machining.

We exploit the versatility of the aluminum extrusion process to supply many different precision manufactured parts to our customers in the electronics, telecommunications, computer, food service, automotive, and medical industries.

We recognize the demand for short extrusion prototype and production lead times. On an expedited basis we can deliver samples from a newly tooled extrusion shape in two or three weeks!

This alloy is easy to extrude and has very good thermal and mechanical properties.

1)     Quality material: 6063,6061, 6060, 6005, 6082, 6N01, 5083 and so on are available.But most common extrusion material used is 6063-T5 aluminum alloy.

2)     Surface treatment:mill finish,polish,anodize and as per your request.

3)     Surface colour:various colour available:black,silver,champagne,red rose
